FORD CAR COLOURS

The Aerosol Expert supplies Ford car colours in high quality 400ML aerosol spray cans or 50ML touch up pots with brushes.

These colours are specifically colour coded to match the car make and code you require.

FORD COLOUR CODE LOCATIONS

You can locate the colour code label in one of the locations shown below depending upon the model.

Colour codes on Fords are difficult as we find that many colours will have the same code! Ford usually use colour names, for example Moondust Silver, Race Red & Frozen White

PAINT DETAILS

Our colour matched Ford car colours are custom mixed in basecoat & contained in high quality 400ML aerosol canisters or 50ML touch up pots.

These are the perfect option for touch-ups and repairs.

Basecoat 1K- This is a mix that is usually used for mixing metallic & pearl colours and will dry with a dull matt finish, so you will need to use a clearcoat (lacquer) once dried to give the basecoat a gloss finish.

Shades- All Automotive Colours are mixed in Standard Shade.

OPTIMUM RESULTS

We strongly recommend firstly using a primer before your mixed colour, and finishing off your work with a clearcoat lacquer.

Disappointed in Colour Match

The paint was required for the inside of the rear door. The original paint shouldn’t have faded much, being that it is inside, but the paint was not that great a match.
